As your CHPC™ coach I will help you reach high performance (full engagement, joy, confidence and progress) in every area of your life through powerful conversations and effective habit-building across 12 core 60-minute sessions.Â
The first of the six sessions are called "Quick Wins". They will help you explore and establish high performing habits. The final six sessions focus holistically on your psychology, physiology, productivity, people skills and purpose.Â

CHPC™ for Creatives delivers coaching through 60 minute sessions, delivered one-to-one online. This process works for individual clients, groups and teams at work.Â
